Full Job Description
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to help improve the performance of our Wireless eCommerce experience. This role is for someone who can turn analytics, customer behaviour, and business results into a clear story, then use that story to identify opportunities, solve problems, put-forth long term strategies and influence product priorities.

This is not a delivery-only Product Owner role. The ideal candidate has product ownership experience, understands Agile delivery, and is strongest when connecting data, customer journeys, business outcomes, and platform capabilities into practical recommendations.

What you'll do:
  • Drive performance through insights
    • Monitor key eCommerce KPIs, including conversion, funnel performance, customer behaviour, revenue impact, and operational indicators.
    • Identify trends, anomalies, pain points, and product opportunities using analytics, customer feedback, and operational signals.
    • Translate data into concise business stories, recommendations, and quantifiable business cases that support prioritisation decisions.
  • Lead discovery and root cause analysis
    • Investigate issues impacting customer experience, conversion, revenue, or operational performance.
    • Partner with analytics, UX, technology, platform, and business teams to understand underlying drivers and define practical solutions.
    • Track whether implemented changes deliver the expected customer and business outcomes.
  • Improve the eCommerce customer journey
    • Identify friction points across the online shopping journey and recommend improvements that balance customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
    • Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to shape solutions that improve digital performance.
  • Align product delivery to measurable outcomes
    • Translate business objectives into prioritised product strategies, opportunities, requirements, and success measures.
    • Work with delivery and engineering teams to refine backlog items, support roadmap planning, and keep delivery focused on measurable value.
    • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, concise, and action-oriented way.

What you bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, eCommerce, customer experience, or a related digital role.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and turn findings into business recommendations.
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, experimentation, and eCommerce performance drivers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, analytics, UX, technology, and operations teams.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Experience in telecommunications, retail, financial services, or high-volume digital commerce environments is an asset.
