Full Job Description
MonoSol, a Kuraray company, is looking for a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our product portfolio - from ideation through launch to retirement. You'll shape product strategy, translate market and customer insights into actionable roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to bring innovative water-soluble film solutions to market. Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

Own the product roadmap end-to-end: ideation, development, launch, and retirement.
Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform portfolio decisions.
Drive product positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.

Pricing & Cost Analysis

Execute day-to-day pricing activities; provide strategic price-point recommendations to the sales team.
Drive value pricing development for new product developments and the current portfolio of products.
Conduct cost analyses and surface optimization opportunities to cross-functional leadership teams.

Innovation & Pipeline Management

Manage development schedules for new products; identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
Support SIG (Strategic Innovation & Growth Group) projects and new-market opportunity development alongside marketing.
Evaluate and prioritize BCP projects that de-risk the portfolio and supply chain.

Regulatory & Compliance Engagement

Partner with the regulatory team to proactively identify chemical or compliance risks in our films and recommend mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead project teams: set direction, coordinate tasks, and build team capability through coaching and mentoring.
Support go-to market strategies for new product innovations and adjacent opportunities

Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage data and market research to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic recommendations.
Compile reports and insights that drive informed decision-making across the business.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business required. MBA Preferred.
Experience: 3-6 years in Product Management or a related discipline
Experience coordinating cross-functional work of others in technical environment
Previous experience in portfolio management, business case development, pricing strategy and product road mapping.

The compensation range that is described below is the possible base pay compensation that the company believes in good faith that it will pay for this role at the time of posting based on job grade for the position. Individual compensation within this range is based on many factors such as years of experience etc. so the company might pay more or less than the posted range and it is understood that this range may be modified in the future.
In addition to base compensation, MonoSol provides a yearly incentive compensation bonus, a profit sharing bonus when eligible, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurances, short term disability, long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, term life insurance, voluntary term life insurance, transit flexible spending account (if applicable), employee assistance program, identity theft protection, 401k and paid time off (vacation and sick days).

Compensation range - $102,994.61 - $169,225.50

Incentive Compensation Bonus Target - 15%

Paid time off amount - 15 days
