CACI is seeking a Product Manager to support, plan, deliver, and lifecycle management of human resources applications and related enterprise capabilities. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional users, and technical delivery teams to ensure HR application investments align with mission needs, workforce requirements, and enterprise modernization goals.
The ideal candidate brings experience in Agile product management within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and has working familiarity with PeopleSoft and NGA enterprise systems. This individual will help define priorities, manage product backlogs, coordinate releases, and drive continuous improvement across HR application capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Product Manager for HR applications within Customers Corporate Applications portfolio.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with organizational objectives and user needs.
• Partner with HR stakeholders, business process owners, developers, architects, testers, and program leadership to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, features, and enablers in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies as appropriate.
• Develop and communicate product goals, release plans, dependency risks, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Ensure HR application capabilities support business processes such as personnel actions, talent management, workforce administration, reporting, and related enterprise functions.
• Coordinate enhancements, defect resolution, system integrations, and sustainment activities for PeopleSoft-based and related corporate applications.
• Gather, analyze, and validate user requirements, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and mission value.
• Use metrics, stakeholder feedback, and operational insight to inform prioritization and continuous product improvement.
• Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement efforts associated with new or updated HR capabilities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, testing, and infrastructure teams to support compliant and reliable delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies affecting product delivery and recommend mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience serving in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience working in a SAFe environment, including backlog management, PI planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft applications, particularly HR or human capital management modules.
• Knowledge of enterprise HR business processes and supporting application workflows.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting complex system integrations and enterprise application environments.
• Ability to analyze competing priorities and make recommendations based on mission and business value.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of War enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Intel systems, processes, and governance structures.
• Experience with HR modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise platform sustainment effort
Pay Range:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600Our team will look into this right away.
