What we are looking for:A builder who's energized by a blank page, not intimidated by one. You'll own the development and launch of the AI products at the center of Goodie's platform, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO, Engineering and Design to solve problems that don't have a playbook yet.
This is a 0-to-1 role, not a maintain-and-optimize one. You'll be handed real ambiguity and real freedom, and it's on you to bring a structured, creative point of view to problems no one has solved before.
You move fast, think analytically, and can turn messy signals, customer feedback, market shifts, and data, into a clear product vision that Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing can all rally behind.
What you'll doProduct Strategy and Roadmap
- Own a product area from problem to shipped outcome: you set the roadmap, define the bets, and are accountable for whether they worked.
- Get close to customers, enterprise marketing leaders, CMOs, SEO and content directors, talking to them directly and often, and turn what you hear into product.
- Define what "good" looks like in a space with no benchmarks: the metrics, the thresholds, and the quality bar for AI-generated output.
Execution and Delivery
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Design in fast cycles: we ship weekly, not quarterly.
- Own timelines, resources, and cross-functional dependencies to hit that cadence without cutting corners.
- Ensure every release meets a high standard for quality, usability, and performance.
Data and Insights
- Use analytics (Mixpanel) to decide what to build next, and to prove what shipped actually moved something.
- Build the feedback loop between data, customer signal, and roadmap prioritization.
Go-to-Market and Positioning
- Partner with BD, Customer Success, and Marketing so what we launch lands with customers and the market.
- Communicate roadmap decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the company.
What you have:- 4+ years in product management, ideally on B2B SaaS products with meaningful time at a startup (Series A or later) that grew while you were there.
- Clear, specific ownership on your résumé - products or areas you drove, with outcomes you can point to. We'll ask.
- Strong analytical instincts paired with real creative instinct. You're comfortable in the data yourself, not just reading dashboards someone else built.
- Background in martech, fintech, or another data-dense B2B domain is a strong fit.
- You already work AI-natively. You use LLMs and AI tooling to do your own job faster and better, and you have opinions about where they break. Not a nice-to-have here - you'd be building for AI while working through it.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to put your thoughts to paper in a simple, but effective manner.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and low process. We're defining a category; a lot of the time nobody knows the answer yet.
- A collaborative approach, working seamlessly across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results.
Bonus/Nice-to-haves- LLM or GenAI product development.
- SEO, content, or search background.
- Experience as an early product hire building 0-to-1 at a startup.
