Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Product Manager plays a key leadership role in the design and development of breakthrough technologies used in spinal cord injury (SCI) repair. The Product Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life. This position is the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move from production through distribution.

Essential Functions:
  • Collaborates with management to establish strategic plans and objectives.
  • Performs and maintains a market analysis for each assigned product segment to identify new offerings and line extensions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating clinical feedback into actionable improvements for the cross functional team.
  • Implements functional strategy and contributes to the development of organizational policies.
  • Contributes to direction and development of pre-clinical and clinical data of scientific merit on all technologies developed.
  • Creates and manages a project plan for each project in conjunction with the engineering team.
  • Identifies and establishes new reimbursement pathways for break through technologies.
  • Leads coordination and documentation of project team activities including: kick-off meetings, design review meetings, verification/validation and cadaver lab utilization.
  • Ensures timely and high-quality documentation of DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs for each project according to the company's quality policy and regulatory bodies.
  • Develops marketing plans for new product introduction.
  • Forecasts and oversees inventory management for all projects.
  • Develops technique guides, product literature, brochures, sales binders, and other sales support collateral.
  • Provide direct on-site operating room support during surgical procedures.
  • Deliver clinical education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales representatives.
  • Act as a field-based resource to resolve technical issues and reinforce proper technique use.
  • Monitor product performance via revenue, adoption, and customer feedback
  • Gather post-launch insights from end users and field teams to guide future iterations
  • Support the sales team with product positioning, demos, and value messaging
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
