About the RoleThe Product Manager will take real ownership of a core product area and shape what we build, why we build it, and how it shows up for customers. This is not a project management role. You will make tradeoffs, say no often, and turn messy healthcare problems into clear product direction.You will work directly with engineering, design, sales, and customer teams. Your job is to connect customer reality, business goals, and technical constraints into products that actually get used.
What You'll Do- Spend time with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows.
- Continuously evaluate competitors, market shifts, and regulatory changes for anything that could affect our product.
- Translate insights into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that you can communicate clearly internally and externally.
- Write high-quality specs and then collaborate with engineers and designers to build.
- Take responsibility for the whole product lifecycle from concept through launch.
- Support and mentor junior product managers.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
- At least 2 years of product management experience building software products
- Proven experience owning products
- Strong judgment and structured thinking in ambiguous problem spaces
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills
