We are seeking a Product Manager for Marqeta's Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms to support the strategy, development, and evolution of the systems that power financial operations at scale.

This role owns the Dashboard, the core operational interface used by customers, bank partners, and internal teams to manage card programs, investigate transactions, handle disputes, and monitor performance.

You will support the development of tooling that enables operations teams to run financial products efficiently and securely, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, scalable systems. This includes opportunities to introduce AI-driven automation, improve operational visibility, and reduce manual effort across the platform.

You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, CX, and Data teams to deliver impactful solutions that sit at the center of how Marqeta operates.

We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the province where you reside, whether that's Ontario, Canada or British Columbia, Canada. We'd love for you to join us!

The Impact You'll Have

• Support the roadmap for the Marqeta Dashboard and enterprise operational platforms
• Contribute to tools that streamline workflows across card and account management, transaction investigation, disputes and servicing, and operational controls
• Develop dashboards and reporting that provide operational visibility
• Design systems that support secure, compliant financial operations (identity, permissions, governance)
• Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, case management, support tooling, data platforms)
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, workflow-driven experiences
• Translate operational pain points into scalable product solutions

Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of product management experience
• Experience building tools for operations teams (support, risk, disputes, program management)
• Experience with operational dashboards, case management systems, or support tooling
• Experience with disputes, fraud, or compliance-related workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
• Ability to define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design on complex systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building enterprise software or operational platforms
• Good at simplifying complex workflows into clear product solutions
• Operate comfortably across technical, operational, and business stakeholders and in fast-moving regulated environments.
• Solid product judgment and can balance customer needs, compliance, and technical constraints
• Thrive in cross-functional environments and take ownership of your scope and energized by improving how teams operate at scale.

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience building multi-tenant platform products used across multiple customers or programs
• Experience supporting 0 to 1 or major platform modernization efforts
• Strong understanding of data models, reporting systems, and analytics-driven products
• Experience working with real-time systems or event-driven architectures
• Experience introducing AI/ML or automation into operational workflows
• Experience working directly with bank partners, regulators, or enterprise customers
• Track record of improving operational efficiency metrics (AHT, resolution time, cost to serve)

Compensation and Benefits

Marqeta calibrates pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation for this role is aligned according to the National tier within the United States:

• National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this full-time position is:

• National: 95,900 - 119,900
