The TikTok Ads Product Creative AI team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who has a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media acquisition, and advertising optimization This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building AIGC products for advertising creatives. By breaking down the advertising creative workflow, deeply integrate AIGC capabilities into creative production and ad delivery processes to improve customer adoption and product effectiveness. 2. Responsible for building AIGC capabilities for advertising creatives. By understanding leading AI models in the industry and combining them with the business characteristics of different verticals, design and implement corresponding AIGC solutions and deliver high-quality AIGC creative content. 3. Responsible for external collaboration and enablement of AIGC product capabilities, including integration with different business products and delivery to external clients such as agencies, to build a stronger AIGC customer ecosystem. 4. Responsible for product data analysis, tracking product usage, and continuously optimizing the product experience to improve user adoption. Work closely with operations teams to conduct user behavior research, deeply understand usage scenarios, and propose innovative ideas.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of Product Management experience in AIGC products. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with domestic and international AIGC applications and tools, with knowledge of the basic principles of text-to-image models, text-to-video models, LLMs, multimodal large models, and related technologies. - Strong business insight and logical thinking, with solid project management capabilities. - Have a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media acquisition, and advertising optimization; - Have strong AI technology and application capabilities in the advertising field; Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, working efficiently with R & D, design, data science, and business development teams. - Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working in AIGC video creation and/ or AIGC ad creative space - Bachelor's degree or above, majors in computer science, mathematics, communications, artificial intelligence, or related fields are preferred. - Experience in building advertising products, creative products, MaaS services, or AI application products is preferred.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151200 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
