Job Purpose & ScopeKey contributor operating in a cross-functional product development team building software solutions for Bank OZK.
Essential Job Functions- Manages prioritization of development work and oversee day-to-day execution of the product development team following agile methodologies.
- Serves as a communication hub within product development team, driving alignment and clarity between different functions.
- Develops business requirements with input from product stakeholders and translates them into functional user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Gathers user feedback and evaluates enhancement requests to improve assigned products.
- Manages the product backlog for assigned products.
- Collaborates with Release Manager and Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth and well-documented releases.
- Provides post-development support to the business stakeholders, including communication, outreach, training, and by removing impediments that prevent releases, rollouts, and user adoption.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Knowledge of agile project methodologies, stakeholder management, feature writing and requirements definition.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively incorporate user feedback to manage product roadmap and adapt or develop products to meet client needs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality work on time.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding collaboration and partnership skills, including customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, self-motivation, and a team-player approach.
- Skill in using computers and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, computer information systems, or job-related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in a product management role or financial services industry, required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an agile product development environment, required.
