Position Description

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Product Management and Marketing Director to lead the lifecycle management and market success of our Chillers & Air Handling Systems product lines. In this critical leadership role, you will drive product strategy, optimize our portfolio, and spearhead new product development to fuel revenue growth and market expansion. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations, you will ensure we deliver highly competitive offerings and execute winning go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle from roadmap development and launch to growth, optimization, and end-of-life management.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Align portfolio strategy with market needs and customer insights to maintain a highly competitive product offering.
  • Pricing & Profitability: Lead pricing models, cost/margin analysis, and collaborate with finance and sales to drive profitability and quoting objectives.
  • New Product Innovation: Identify, prioritize, and drive new product development, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure successful launches.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions; execute integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement strategies.
  • Digital Tool Strategy: Lead the development of product selection software, configurators, and digital platforms to enhance customer discovery and experience.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central leader across engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive alignment on priorities and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor team members, foster a high-performance environment, and build organizational capability.


Required Education & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related preferred). MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5-7 years in senior leadership or multi-team management roles.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of chillers, air handling systems, or related HVAC technologies, with experience in an independent representative sales channel.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience defining and supporting digital tools, such as selection software or technical platforms.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing pricing strategies, analyzing market data, and aligning sales with engineering strategy.
  • Leadership: Exceptional coaching, change management, and stakeholder communication skills across executive and technical audiences
