Full Job Description

All full-time roles are in person in New York.

About the role

As our Enterprise Product Lead, you will build products that help biopharma companies develop and commercialize new medicines faster and more efficiently. You will own this product area from strategy through execution. You will work directly with senior leaders at pharmaceutical companies to understand their objectives and the underlying problems they need to solve, translate those opportunities into products, and lead development across engineering, design, operations, data, and commercial teams.

It will be your responsibility to determine where a customer need should become a configurable capability, a new product, or the foundation of an entirely new business line. You will be expected to develop a strong point of view on what the market needs, distinguish scalable product opportunities from one-off requests, and remain accountable for whether what we build creates meaningful value for customers, providers, patients, and Forus.

This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.

If you join, you will:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for products and capabilities developed for life sciences partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of how pharmaceutical manufacturers bring therapies to market, support patient access, and measure commercial and patient outcomes
  • Work directly with customers, providers, patients, and internal teams to identify important problems and define products that solve them
  • Translate customer objectives into scalable product direction, determining what should be embedded into the core Forus experience, built as a client-facing product, configured, or supported operationally
  • Lead new products from initial discovery and commercial validation through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and expansion
  • Partner closely with commercial teams throughout the customer lifecycle, including solution design, strategic sales conversations, implementation, executive reviews, and account expansion
  • Define the metrics, data products, and feedback loops needed to demonstrate product performance and inform continued development

We're looking for you if you have:
  • Experience working in a product management, software engineering, or forward deployed role on a team that required outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, a 0 -> 1 business line at a high-performing organization)
  • A track record of turning complex customer or market problems into launched products, capabilities, or businesses
  • Commercial judgment and the ability to connect customer objectives, user needs, product strategy, technical feasibility, and business value
  • Experience working directly with sophisticated enterprise customers and building credibility with both senior executives and operational stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication that allows you to be an effective participant in both internal debates and external relationships
  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
  • High NPS with your former teammates

This is a list of ideal qualifications for this position. If you don't meet every single one of them, you should still consider applying! We're excited to work with people from underrepresented backgrounds, and we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
