  • Research and assess preliminary designs to enhance vehicle mass and fuel efficiency.

Full Job Description
Review conceptual sketches of mechanical design considering the relations between components, functional requirements, allocation of space and component geometry; performing various engineering designs and modeling to meet different design project requirements related with module bracket design and packaging electrical components; design and develop robust attachment mechanism for electrical components for new model vehicle programs; evaluate and research product development process, and provide analysis on automotive parts; Design automotive parts from initial concept through to full production, and prepare design failure modes effects analysis with consideration of cost and quality; research and evaluate of preliminary and conceptual designs, models and technical drawings in or to improve vehicle mass and fuel efficiency.
