Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst & Product delivery manager to join our team. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of a product resulting from the work of the development team. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, the Product delivery manager defines product design, captures business flow, creates user stories, prioritizes the backlog, and ensures alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Duties
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the development team to ensure clarity in requirements and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within existing systems and workflows.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and prepare reports to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the validation of solutions by developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).

Product Delivery Duties
  • Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into user stories.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions meet user expectations and deliver value.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing) to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to guide continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the product roadmap aligns with business strategy and communicates progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year with Product delivery focus.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience working in software development, tech, or digital product environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello), and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
