Consultant - Regulatory & Compliance - Enterprise Operations & RiskAs a Consultant, Regulatory & Compliance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for:
- Support regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives, including requirements analysis, process design, automation, testing, validation, and issue remediation
- Assist with defining regulatory reporting requirements and supporting the development of governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Assess reporting processes, data flows, and controls to support the implementation of regulatory reporting policies and analytics strategies
- Support assigned workstreams, coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams, and help deliver project activities against timelines
- Prepare analyses, findings, and recommendations for clients

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Law, Business Management, or Public Policy
- 3+ years of experience in technology, media, and telecommunications or consulting in one or more of the following areas: regulatory reporting remediation and transformation, implementation of new regulatory requirements, testing and validation of regulatory reporting processes and controls, regulatory report automation, regulatory report preparation, or data analysis
- Experience supporting client engagements, project tasks, or workstreams in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Experience with regulatory reports or regulatory frameworks, including Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Cyber Resilience Act, European Union Data Act, European Union Artificial Intelligence Act, Federal Reserve Board Y-14, Federal Reserve Board Y-9C, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council 031, Federal Reserve Board Y-15, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council 009, or Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council 101
- Experience with regulatory requirements analysis and regulatory controls testing
- Experience with reporting technology tools such as Axiom
- Experience supporting regulatory risk functions within a technology, media, and telecommunications company or other regulated industry, including execution or oversight processes, risk assessments, reporting, controls, testing, or data analytic
- Experience supporting proposal development, client presentations, business development activities, or thought leadership
- Master of Business Administration, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Public Accountant, Project Management Professional, or Chartered Financial Analyst designation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
