Position Summary
The Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer is responsible for establishing and leading the company's subcontract and procurement function while serving as the primary buyer for all direct and materials. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires developing the company procurement department from the ground up, including updating/creating policies, procedures, templates, and controls that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
This individual will partner closely with Quality, Contracts, Accounting, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure procurement processes comply with AS9100 requirements and support customer, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
