The estimated base salary range for this role is "$115,000 to $155,000" per year.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of Procurement strategies for their assigned categories. This role provides the opportunity to build exceptional relationships with business leaders, key suppliers and internal customers that will maximize value for AWI. What will you do? - Develop & implement commodity strategies to minimize risk and drive supplier performance
- Identify and prioritize procurement initiatives; allocate appropriate time and resources to ensure timely completion
- Provide procurement leadership to the business by assisting with market assessment, risk management, strategy development, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Actively contribute to and assist with the development of market leading, exciting new products
- Provide forecasts and analysis for financial, capital, strategic planning, and budgeting; educate leadership on market dynamics and metrics
Travel:Required Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or equivalent preferred, but not required with suitable business or manufacturing leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance or equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership
- Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Knowledge of purchasing principles, sourcing, and commodity pricing methods
- Contract negotiation skills
