Drive competitive sourcing events - develop RFP strategies, evaluate contractor qualifications, and lead award recommendations for some of the largest construction programs in the industry.

Negotiate and manage contracts - structure contract amendments, negotiate change orders, and hold GCs accountable to cost, schedule, and safety commitments.

Partner cross-functionally - work alongside Construction, Design, Legal, Finance, and Program Management to remove blockers, align on delivery milestones, and ensure data center capacity comes online on time.
