Description & Requirementsabout this teamThe Distribution Engineering team unites our supply chain organization through a focus on strategic vision and operational excellence. This team consistently delivers significant value to internal stakeholders, customers, and shareholders by prioritizing exceptional performance and ongoing improvement. The Process Engineer II plays a key role in supporting the Manager of Engineering and the Distribution Center Operations teams, leading continuous improvement projects, developing and documenting processes, and enhancing overall distribution center efficiency. This position requires expertise in process design, data analytics, and standardization, combined with a strategic and collaborative approach.
core responsibilitiesThe Process Engineer II partners closely with distribution leadership and cross functional teams to design, implement, control, and optimize distribution center processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze, evaluate, test, and oversee the implementation of new and existing processes and procedures
- Collect and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities, inefficiencies, and innovation potential
- Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement and Lean events across distribution centers
- Drive and maintain process standardization across the distribution center campus, aligned with global distribution network standards
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve process, procedural, and operational issues
- Review business KPIs regularly and recommend improvements to measure accuracy, effectiveness, and performance outcomes
- Collaborate cross functionally to reduce costs, improve quality, and manage operational change
- Support and/or facilitate new process training and change management efforts
- Create, update, and maintain process documentation for all process changes
- Manage the documentation lifecycle through controlled systems for SOPs, Job Aids, and Standard Work
- Partner with IT, WMS, and automation teams to define, document, and align on process requirements
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of health and safety standards within distribution operations
qualifications- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated critical and logical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate problems from multiple perspectives
- Strong analytical capabilities, including translating data into charts, diagrams, and actionable insights
- Creative problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized, structured, and disciplined in meeting commitments and timelines
- Ability to perform effectively in dynamic, changing environments with limited guidance
- Comfort working in a lean, matrixed, and highly collaborative team environment
- Strong personal and professional integrity with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL and database reporting preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant business or technical experience
- Working knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, Lean, and Six Sigma principles

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from
$87,700 - $115,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
