The Process Engineer plays a critical leadership role in the expansion of a growing manufacturing facility. This position serves as the primary technical and operational liaison between project teams and plant operations during the introduction of a new major production asset, and then transitions into full process ownership once operational.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in capital expansion, equipment startup, and long term operational excellence, while also developing broad plant expertise across existing assets. The successful candidate will help shape the future of the facility by driving safe, efficient, and world class manufacturing performance.
Why This Role Matters
This position owns the technical success of a major manufacturing asset with significant business impact. From construction through steady-state operation, the Process Engineer ensures that processes are built correctly, operated efficiently, and continuously optimized to meet performance, quality, safety, and cost targets.
The role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of project execution, plant operations, and continuous improvement, and who wants exposure to end to end asset ownership in an expanding facility.
