WHAT WE OFFERWe support our team so they can do their best work:
- Generous pay: $90,000 - $95,000, plus benefits
- Hybrid Schedule: Remote (WFM) 2 days a week; In-Office 3 days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time at any one of our three offices (Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Hills, or San Clemente)
- Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with 3% employer match

Qualifications• 3+ years of paralegal experience in California estate planning, probate, and trust administration
• Strong working knowledge of California Probate and Trust Administration Law
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (not required)
• Active Notary License
• You live in or near South Orange County, CA.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong computer proficiency
• Experience with LLCs and corporate matters is a plus
