Private Wealth Associate ProgramBMO Private Wealth is a line of business within BMO Wealth Management that provides comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. With over 200 years of banking experience, BMO provides personalized strategies to help clients grow, preserve, and transition their wealth across generations. BMO Private Wealth delivers a wide range of integrated services including Wealth Planning, Private Banking & Borrowing, Investment Management, Trust & Estate Services, Tax Planning, Business Owner Advisory and Philanthropy & Legacy Planning.
ABOUT THE POSITION The BMO Private Wealth Associate Rotational Program is a 2-year paid rotational program for new graduates designed to provide an opportunity to explore the various roles and businesses within Private Wealth and experience our culture. This unique program combines on the job learning with meaningful work experiences and networking opportunities to develop individuals' knowledge of our organization, lines of business and our wide variety of products and services. Candidates selected for this program will complete four 6-month rotations over the 24-month period, resulting in individuals who are prepared and ready to grow their career with us.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The responsibilities assumed by our Associates include:
- Learning about and working within Private Wealth
- Learning about Private Wealth products and services
- Financial and Quantitative Analysis
- Preparing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are an intelligent, highly motivated team player who can work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills (including oral, written and listening). You have set ambitious goals for yourself and are excited about embarking upon a demanding and rewarding career path. You are working towards the completion of the CSC and CFA is considered an asset. As well, you have an Undergraduate University Degree (completed or in final year of study) and a solid track record of success.

WHERE YOU CAN GO WITH THIS PROGRAM This program will allow you to learn about the BMO Private Wealth and all of our businesses, gain insights from senior management and network with key members of our team. While doing so, you will gain valuable experience and develop key knowledge and skills that will assist you in launching your career at BMO.
During the program, you will have regular one-on-one meetings with the Program Office to review your progress and development. Work rotations coupled with ongoing professional development will provide you with the knowledge and skills as well as support and exposure to make informed career choices. At the end of the program, successful candidates will be placed in assisted in finding a suitable position within BMO.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
