TEAM OVERVIEWThe Global Client Solutions Group ("KCS") is KKR's dedicated investor solutions team. KCS, formerly known as
the Client and Partner Group, or CPG, was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR's relationships with current and potential investors. The team collaborates with investment professionals and the deal teams to understand the current portfolio, deal pipeline and overall market dynamics. The team participates in fundraising activities and is also responsible for the diligence process, where a number of requests can be rather technical in nature and the volume and cadence can be quite heavy and involved. Other ad-hoc tasks for the KCS Product Strategy team include creating quarterly presentations, consistently updating marketing materials, and drafting letters to communicate complex and nuanced topics to a wide range of audiences.
