We are looking for a Private Client Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team on a Hybrid work schedule.
This role is responsible for managing a book of insurance business mainly focused on the HNW space, providing professional and courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. The Account Executive serves as a primary client advisor and broker-consultant, supporting Producers and other support staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an assigned book of High-Net-Worth personal lines business, including accounts of varying size and complexity, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide comprehensive insurance and risk management counsel, acting as a technical resource and advocate for clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough reviews of coverage, exposures, limits, and pricing; identify gaps and opportunities; and deliver clear, timely recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients, including renewals, marketing, stewardship activities, and service deliverables.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, and other external partners to secure optimal terms, coverage, and pricing.
- Collaborate with Producers and internal stakeholders to drive organic growth through cross-selling, upselling, and development of new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all account documentation, correspondence, and transactional activities.
- Support Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business across the HNW and client segments.
Qualifications- Minimum 5–7 years of High Net Worth Personal Lines experience with an established insurance brokerage or equivalent environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated clients and carrier partners.
- Proficiency with automated agency management systems; experience with EPIC strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of major High Net Worth personal lines carriers, including Chubb, AIG, PURE, ACE, and Travelers.
- Ability to travel as business needs require for client, carrier, or internal meetings.
