Full Job Description
Our Client is looking to hire an experienced transaction advisory consultant at the director or principal level. The individual should be able to prepare, manage, and sell transaction advisory consulting services including financial due diligence, quality of earnings reports, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, valuations, and investor presentations. This individual will be expected to generate significant sales and should be comfortable at performing selling activities.
Responsibilities may include:
Developing business by managing existing client relationships and developing new clients
Developing marketing materials including whitepapers and blogs
Presenting and networking at conferences and similar events
Developing and/or managing the development of financial analyses and models
Preparing and/or managing the preparation of reports and presentations
Qualifications
Requirements:
