- Must-have Google experience, with direct exposure to the Google ecosystem through selling Google solutions, working with Google products and services, supporting Google partners or customers, and/or a strong understanding of Google licensing and commercial models.
- Substantial experience navigating complex technical and commercial cloud conversations, with deep understanding of hyperscale cloud environments.
- Proven Google Cloud capability, with the confidence to explore requirements, scope workloads and engage credibly with architects and other technical decision-makers.
- Commercial fluency in consumption-based cloud models, including optimization, governance and commitment decisions.
- Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including an understanding of the infrastructure considerations behind advanced workloads.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, with the ability to turn technical complexity into business decisions and influence without relying on an established playbook.
- A partner-enablement mindset, where success means building capability in others rather than creating dependency on your expertise.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with relevant cloud certifications strongly valued.
