  • Integrate in vitro ADME data to identify liabilities, define next-step experiments, and propose mitigation strategies to enable project progression.

  • Provide scientific ownership for key ADME risk assessments, such as determining whether clearance mechanisms, enzyme involvement, induction or inhibition liabilities are sufficiently understood to support project decisions.

  • Lead from the lab by designing and executing impactful experiments while maintaining high scientific rigor and data quality.

  • Mentor scientists through experimental oversight, technical guidance, data review, and coaching that builds scientific independence.

  • Identifies capability gaps, and creates new options through technology, external networks, partnerships, or novel approaches

  • Experience independently leading complex ADME workstreams, integrating study design, data interpretation, and scientific recommendations that support project decision making and advance our predictive sciences.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing technical reports, project recommendations, presentations, or external scientific communications.

  • Experience coaching or mentoring scientists through technical guidance, experimental planning, and data review.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
