• Elevate the seller experience.Make it effortless for sellers to understand their options, price their items accurately, and complete a sale with minimal friction.

• Drive cross-functional execution. Translate strategy into clear priorities, specs, and user stories. Coordinate delivery across dedicated and partner engineering teams; keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving.

• Instrument and iterate. Define success metrics, implement tracking and feature flags, and run A/B tests. Make high-conviction, data-informed decisions with both speed and rigor.

• Connect the ecosystem. Ensure seamless liquidity handoffs across the broader PSA enterprise, from Grading to Collection Management to Vaulting, reducing friction and resolving cross-system dependencies.

• Communicate with clarity at every level. From executive strategy reviews to engineering standups, you'll synthesize complexity, articulate tradeoffs, and drive alignment across business, engineering, design, data, and external partners.

• Systems thinker.Comfortable untangling multi-system flows, including payments, logistics, and risk, and turning them into clean, intuitive customer experiences.
