Now Ready is entering an adjacent market to build a Frontline Worker Network, a UKG-owned network that connects frontline workers to the services they need. A dedicated group of product, engineering, and design sits at the center, working with stakeholders across business development, finance, and legal, and with strategic partners from category-leading fintech product companies. It has the focus and speed of a new startup with the support and scale of UKG.

About the Role

You will own product strategy and execution for the Frontline Worker Network in UKG Ready.

Millions of frontline workers have financial needs and little access to the products that would solve them. Our goal is to connect the frontline workers Ready already serves to financial wellness benefits they have never had by making it easy for employers to offer those programs without cost, risk, or complexity. You will create and scale that B2B2C line of business for UKG Ready, leveraging the B2B platform that already operates at scale.

UKG Ready is uniquely positioned to do this because we reach these workers every day, run the pay flow their income depends on, and hold the employment data needed to build financial benefits around how frontline workers actually work and get paid.

In this newly created role, you will set the product strategy, build the employee and employer experiences that make these benefits work, and own the commercial and platform decisions to scale a new line of business. You will start by getting deep on the platform, the live integrations, and how these workers actually behave. From there you take an adoption number and move it. What we build next, what we optimize, and how it reaches employees become your calls. This is a senior individual contributor role in a new and growing domain, where the business impact is directly measurable.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Be the domain authority on frontline workers and the financial products serving them.
- Own the multi-year category strategy and the B2B2C business model behind it.
- Own the employee experience and the employer adoption that drive product usage and business outcomes.
- Lead launches from pilot to general availability across engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, and finance.
- Own the product position inside commercial agreements, and make the product decisions that compound value across partners.
- Mentor product managers across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

- Built a new product or line of business from inception through scaling, ideally inside a large organization.
- Experience operating at a senior or principal product level in a complex enterprise environment.
- Led product teams to a defined business outcome through genuine ambiguity, using product taste and business acumen.
- Designed user journeys and optimized a consumer conversion funnel, and can point to what moved.
- Track record of making product decisions that compound long-term growth of strategic partnerships.
- Experience designing consent management and data authorization
- Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS tech stack to collaborate effectively with engineering

Preferred Qualifications

- Domain experience in embedded finance, payments, or payroll.
- Experience scaling consumer adoption through employers or other intermediaries.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Hybrid role requiring three or more days per week in the office

The pay range for this position is $163,900 to $235,550. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
