Full Job Description
Location: US (Remote or HQ Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time
Your Mandate
Own product management as a capability - roadmap, inbound, outbound, and UX. The flows, the interaction design, the experience: yours, not a partner team's.
Strategy is a collaboration - no one person owns it. Innovate constantly through the lens of the vision and drive the integration of that innovation into the strategic direction of the products.
Actively build product - not the rule of the job, but a constant, strategic urgent practice. Prototypes, UX, working software: you pick the moments where making the thing is the highest-leverage move and take them without asking - handing the last mile to the team when that's the right call, carrying it yourself when it isn't.
Challenge legacy processes; Use AI/agents to compress cycle times and automate work that shouldn't require humans.
Push what you learn building and selling back into the shared strategy - a living hypothesis the whole team evolves together.
Prototype what customers can't yet articulate.
Your Origin Story
You're a career product manager who outgrew the role with your agentic evolution and mastery, shook off its boundaries and took matters into your own hands.
You don't just define product direction, you execute on it aggressively. You speak in artifacts and prototypes, and delivered features. AI multiplies your hands and permeates all aspects of your day.
You are more than just an AI-native PM.
Domain
Identity is your center of gravity: credentials, authentication, human, machine, and trust and risk. You think constantly about how the world is built on identity and is core to the enterprise function.
Post-quantum literacy: you grasp the shape of the problem - crypto agility, algorithm transitions, migration realities - and reason credibly about solution paths. PKI depth is a bonus; reasoning about the space and how it manifests is the bar.
What You Bring
The agentic evolution of the complete PM discipline, inbound, outbound, UX, from research through interaction design, and beyond.
An active, recent building practice - prototype to pull request - deployed by strategic choice, not by exception or emergency.
AI-native fluency: LLMs, agents, skills, agentic workflows, design and codegen as force multipliers and used more than any other "tool".
Competitive instinct - you read a market, find the wedge, articulate the advantage, and drive it.
Strategic range: equally comfortable in a pull request as a board deck - and equally energized when the best strategic idea in the room isn't yours.
How You Operate
All three modes, fluidly: free solo, small-pod, or a force multiplier across the teams.
Strategy as a team sport: you innovate relentlessly, then drive that innovation into the direction - arguing through the vision, building on others' contributions as readily as your own.
The pull toward building - codebase included - is constant; acting on it is your deliberate, strategic call.
You're a self-starter to the point of needing restraint. You won't find it here.
You see beyond every request to the underlying problem - return more value than was asked.
Extreme ownership of outcomes.
Demos over decks.
Not This Role
A PM who requests UX design and hands execution to engineering as the gold standard.
Someone whose coding is prompt-and-paste.
Someone who only builds when cornered - the desire must be constant, urgent, and strategic.
Someone who needs to hold the strategy pen alone - or who floats ideas and waits for someone else to drive them.
A builder who ships without connecting the work to strategy or market position.
