What You Will Do- Be responsible for the development, analysis and completion of material proposals
- Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and the associated program
- Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools
- Lead the development of Material Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing supplier quotes and Purchase Order History, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the estimating approach is sound
- Ensure proposals comply with all FAR and internal requirements
- Assess, develop and implement solutions leading to a thorough material package
- Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our material estimates
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related/applicable field and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (ex. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to consistently meeting deadlines in a schedule driven environment
- Knowledge and experience with proposal development, price buildup, and estimating and pricing processes.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with federal proposal regulations including but not limited to: FAR, DFAR, TINA

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
