Responsibilities

We're looking for a senior technical leader who can shape systems and technical direction across multiple quarters while remaining close to architecture, experimentation, quality, and production systems.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a number of areas including model post training, personalization/recommendation, proactive and other agentic experiences.

You'll tackle ambiguous problems end to end: defining the approach, aligning partners, driving execution, and bringing solutions safely into production.

Pay Ranges

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $236,700 - $309,025

Zone B: $213,030 - $278,123

Zone C: $196,461 - $256,491
