Principal LTC Services Leader to establish and lead our Load Tap Changer (LTC) Center of Excellence within our Services team based in Goldsboro, NC. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving technical excellence, expanding high-margin service offerings, and building long-term partnerships with utility customers.

What You'll Do- Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of the LTC Center of Excellence
- Drive growth, profitability, and commercialization of LTC service offerings
- Provide expert technical leadership for complex LTC inspections, diagnostics, retrofits, upgrades, and maintenance
- Develop and implement technician certification programs to strengthen internal capability
- Deliver training programs, workshops, and industry presentations to internal teams and utility customers
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and regional Service teams
- Support pricing strategies, quotations, and scope development for LTC services
- Mentor and develop a team of LTC Field Service Technicians, ensuring standardized best practices
- Foster long-term customer relationships, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), for LTC maintenance programs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles
- Coordinate project execution across regions while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring- Deep expertise in LTC/OLTC systems, transformer services, and utility operations
- Proven ability in advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and failure analysis
- Strong business acumen with experience driving service growth and managing customer relationships
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing technical teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training or speaking at industry events
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in LTC systems, transformer services, or utility service operations
Additional Details- Oversees approximately 14 LTC Field Service Technicians
- Requires frequent travel to customer sites, training sessions, and industry conferences
- Work environment includes field locations, manufacturing facilities, and office settings
