RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: None TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector's Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking a Principal Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization's Global Supply Chain teams. This role supports the Supplier Management scope of work and the candidate will be expected to have the ability to flex across the Global Supply Chain teams. Key responsibilities include configuring, testing, and implementing changes within the domestic SAP S/4 environment. The ideal candidate brings both functional SAP S/4 expertise and knowledge of Northrop Grumman’s internal business processes. Location is flexible: the position may be based near any Northrop Grumman office, with full-time telework considered for the right candidate. The selected candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of processes in SAP S/4, particularly Supplier Management. They will support both recurring and non‑recurring activities, working under general direction. This role will be responsible for applying technical concepts to design and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement and support defined goals and objectives. They will have the skill to maintain data in the system for their own testing. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison for the Sector community around changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, communications, and provide strategic direction. - Effectively balance production support and project demands, engagement, and systems administration (maintenance, performance management, etc.). - Support non-recurring project work including planning, test development/execution, security design, documentation, change management, and implementation/go live activities under general supervision. Participate in the definition, implementation, and optimization of automated systems and processes, and support special projects as required. - Investigation of issues in existing programs, reviewing data conditions, writing specifications, and working directly with programmers to resolve problems. - Work directly with business process experts and other SAP S/4 Team analysts on cross functional projects. - Involvement in planning of system and development deployment. - Responsible for meeting software compliance standards. - Testing Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain functionality as part of incidents, enhancements, Enhancement Pack upgrade, Service Pack implementation and disaster recovery project. - Apply working knowledge of Ariba and MDG. Basic Qualifications for Principal Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst (T03): - 5 Years with relevant experience with a Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; or 1 Year with PhD. - Experience participating in SAP S/4 lifecycle implementations and/or production support. Preferred Qualifications: - Working and technical knowledge of SAP S/4 Supplier Management. - Working and technical knowledge of Ariba and MDG. - Able to extract and verify SAP table data. - Advanced level knowledge of Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain processes and policies. - Advanced level knowledge of Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain interdependencies with other functional areas. - Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills. - Excellent organizational, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills. Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
