Description Responsible for defining the strategic direction and leading the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of information systems that support Baptist Health's enterprise infrastructure. Architects scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions both on-premises and across multi-cloud environments-including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-within a robust cloud foundation and governance framework. Designs and manages complex routing protocols, Cisco ACI software-defined networking (SDN) fabrics, and Palo Alto firewall deployments to ensure secure, resilient, and efficient network operations that enable critical business functions and cloud transformation initiatives. Oversees system requirements analysis, network modeling, capacity planning, and integration to maintain security, availability, and compliance. Leads troubleshooting efforts, hardware and software upgrades, and comprehensive system testing. - Skilled in scripting, automation, and software-defined networking using tools/platforms such as Postman, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
- Extensive knowledge of advanced network protocols & practices, including MPLS/SR, optical networking, LISP, VXLAN, IPv4/IPv6, 802,1X, segmentation, QoS, and IPAM.

- Experienced in internet policy and design, including ARIN, IRR, IXPs, BGP policy design, RPKI, and DDoS mitigation.
