This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp, curious intelligence professional to do some of the most interesting data and insights work in the industry - helping translate social listening, reputation monitoring, and AI-powered analysis into communications strategy for some of the world's most influential organizations.

What You Will Do:
Client Management
  • Support and manage day-to-day client workstreams across analysis, monitoring, intelligence, and insights engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a reliable client contact on assigned accounts, communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and escalate complex challenges to senior leadership with context and recommended solutions.
  • Follow Precision client management processes. Help ensure the team is delivering high-quality work within scope and budget.
Data & Intelligence
  • Contribute to social listening and digital intelligence workstreams - help synthesize monitoring data into clear, compelling insights that inform client strategy and communications activations.
  • Assist in managing primary research workstreams from fielding through analysis and reporting, ensuring data quality, timeline adherence, and outputs that tell a compelling and accurate story.
  • Support the delivery of terrAIn, Precision's proprietary Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) offering, helping package and communicate GEO findings in ways that are accessible, strategic, and relevant to client priorities.
  • Execute reputation analysis and monitoring workflows, track client reputational landscapes in real time and flag emerging issues with speed and precision.
  • Produce strategic insights reports and intelligence briefings that translate data into actionable recommendations, helping clients understand not just what is happening, but what to do about it.
Collaboration & People Management
  • Work cross-functionally with strategic communications, creative, and paid media teams to ensure data and intelligence outputs are integrated into broader client campaigns.
  • Support junior staff through day-to-day guidance, feedback, and task delegation; contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Keep internal teams informed of relevant developments on assigned accounts; participate actively in internal meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the data practice.
Project & Time Management
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proactively flag timeline risks, track deliverables, and keep projects moving with limited oversight.
Strategy
  • Bring a strategic lens to intelligence and insights work - go beyond data delivery to offer thoughtful analysis and recommendations that drive client outcomes.
  • Stay current on trends in social listening, polling, GEO, AI-driven discovery, and reputation management; bring new ideas and approaches to the team and help elevate the quality of Precision's outputs.
Business Development
  • Support pitches and new business presentations by contributing research, insights, and data-driven narratives; identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through new ideas and proactive thinking.
