Role Overview
As a Principal Consultant, you will play a leading role in delivering complex business, operational, data, and technology transformation initiatives across the asset and wealth management industry. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will provide subject matter expertise, lead project delivery, define engagement approaches, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead consulting engagements across business, operational, data, and technology initiatives.
Define client-specific delivery approaches, services, and deliverables.
Manage large-scale projects and transformation programmes.
Provide subject matter expertise across investment management domains.
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Support business development through proposal development and solution design.
Participate in steering committees, workshops, and governance forums.
Mentor and develop consultants across the Citisoft team.
Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and practice development activities.
Skills & Experience
