As a member of L&D’s Horizontal Operations team, you will orchestrate strategic and tactical delivery of our Assessments and Team Effectiveness Portfolio, managing day to day operations, partnering with 3rd Party Suppliers, and working across the organization to deliver learning solutions that meet business imperatives.

We are seeking a dedicated and disciplined learning professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can adapt to change quickly. The ideal candidate is strong at influencing others, including organizational leaders and strategic partners. In this position, you will contribute immediately through analyzing our current assessments portfolio and partnering with leaders and peers to determine our go-forward suite of offerings, all while managing the current portfolio and experiences.

The Ideal Candidate is:

  • An exceptional program manager with experience implementing and maintaining learning portfolios or organizational development tools that support the engagement of effective teams

  • An effective communicator, showcasing strong written and verbal communication and an ability to influence partners and leadership

  • A solutions-oriented problem solver, who anticipates emerging needs and operational roadblocks, raising issues and proposing solutions proactively, and a proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • A proactive team player who actively shares best practices, identifies efficiencies, and fully participates in team ceremonies.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Recommend, implement, and maintain assessments and team effectiveness offerings to support teams with collaboration, norming, planning, and team building

  • Co-create a strategy and needs analysis for third party vendors in this space, with clear recommendations for measuring results and return on investment

  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and emerging needs grounded in data insights

  • Establish close working relationships with several key functions across the L&D team (facilitation, vendor management, budget management, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of assessment learning needs

  • Build and manage the assessments portfolio and suite of offerings, managing vendor relationships, and updating the content as needed

  • Analyze data (i.e. participation trends and feedback) to provide recommendations and insights to support the portfolios strategy development and offerings

  • Partner with identified stakeholders to align learning efforts to various organizational/business imperatives

Here is what you need to be successful:

  • Proven ability to navigate across a large organization to drive change and influence on-time deliverables across multiple job functions (ie. Learning Consultants, Program Managers, Learning Leaders)

  • An understanding of how a large-scale L&D or Talent Development organization functions from client intake to end solution (internally built or external vendor) to expedite the delivery of world-class learning solutions while remaining fiscally and resourcefully responsible

  • A passion for leveraging learning solutions and assessment tools to drive talent and organizational development

  • Showcase an openness to diverse viewpoints and perspectives to drive consensus on solutions that align with the organizations standardization efforts

  • Ability to work with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results on-time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or military experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in program management, learning delivery, or talent assessment/development

  • At least 2 years of experience using or managing team effectiveness models and tools such as the Tuckman model, the Lencioni model, CliftonStrengths, SDI (Core Strengths), MBTI, DiSC, Hogan or other team or personality assessments

  • At least 1 year of experience facilitating assessment debriefs or workshops

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Educational Consulting, or I/O Psychology

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management
