Think of this function as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for our clients. The expectation is for you to become the CEO's right hand and trusted confidant - the primary executive counterpart who helps them move their company into the AI era from a position of strength. It's a role closer to a partner at a top firm than a typical sales or delivery seat.
You'll own the full arc. You win the business, embed with the CEO to find where AI changes the game, and mobilize a team of world-class PMs and engineers to deliver results - not slideware. Our Principals drive the company's revenue, and they earn it on insight and Applied AI expertise.
What You'll Do- Win the business. Convert warm, high-intent executive relationships - sourced through our consortium and Anthropic - into signed engagements. Bring the judgment to qualify hard, the credibility to earn trust fast, and the finesse to negotiate and close.
- Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership as their trusted advisor on AI, diagnosing where the real opportunity is and shaping a path the business will actually act on.
- Mobilize delivery. Stand up engagements quickly and keep them pointed at outcomes. We're more Palantir than McKinsey - you orchestrate the work that ships value, not decks that sit on a shelf.
- Own and grow the relationship. Stay the executive counterpart well past the first project, deepening trust and expanding the partnership over time.

You don't need to be an Applied AI expert on day one - you do need the curiosity and horsepower to become an expert within 90 days, engage technical leaders as a peer, and turn pattern-matching across many engagements into a compounding advantage.

- You're relationship-driven. You build durable, high-trust relationships and own them for the long term - through the engagement and well beyond.
