Primary Therapist, OCD

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Charge:Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using our unique clinical model and the magic of Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
• Assess & Impress:Conduct thorough risk and OCD assessments, crafting personalized safety plans and treatment strategies that truly resonate with our clients.
• Team Player:Collaborate with a fantastic treatment team to set and review treatment goals, ensuring our clients are on the path to success.
• Document the Journey:Keep accurate and timely records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes 6 your organizational skills will shine here!
• Engage Families:Host Family Orientations, Welcome Presentations, and Support Groups, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families to learn and grow together.
• Crisis Navigator:Conduct ongoing risk assessments and provide timely interventions when needed, ensuring our clients feel safe and supported.
• Stay Connected:Attend weekly team meetings and clinical supervision sessions, sharing ideas and insights with your colleagues.
• Data Dynamo:Enter data accurately in Outlook, EMR, and online learning platforms 6 your tech-savvy skills will be put to good use!
• Represent Us:Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences, showcasing the amazing work we do at Newport Healthcare!

• Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field or enrollment inDoctorate program from an accredited or state approved graduate school required.
• Licensed or ability to transfer license in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Workor Clinical Psychologist in the state in which services are provided required.
• Experience with individual, family, and/or group therapy with young adults/adolescents required.
• Experience with mental health, OCD and anxiety disorders, preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ERP required.

Compensation for a licensed therapist ranges from $70,800-$97,350 per year depending on education, licensure and experience. Non-licensed therapist compensation ranges from $34.03-$46.80 an hour.
