Full Job Description
Candidate can be a licensed FNP or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon and will be limited in duration (February - July 2027) with a possibility of extension.
0.75 - 1.0 Full-time position, covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence.
Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA).
