Full Job Description
Locations: We are seeking providers for new clinics and expansion clinics in the following locations for winter [redacted] (December 2026-March 2027):
  • Spring Hill, FL
  • New Port Richey, FL
  • Brooksville, FL

About the Role

This isn't traditional primary care.

You'll care for a patient panel capped at approximately 500 patients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and truly know the people you serve. Physicians typically see 10-12 patients per day, with 30-45 minute appointments that allow you to focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health outcomes.

We've intentionally designed our model to reduce administrative burden. Dedicated coders complete pre-charting and post-visit coding reviews, while experienced medical assistants support care coordination and administrative work so you can spend your time practicing medicine.

Appointments are generally scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, leaving dedicated time each day for care coordination, same-day patient needs, and collaboration with your team.

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
