In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, build meaningful relationships with patients, promote preventive health and wellness, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive health outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, vaccinations, and preventive services.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing and review medical records and clinical data to support accurate diagnoses.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate patient medical histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and reports.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Clearly communicate diagnoses, test results, treatment options, and recommended next steps with patients.
- Counsel patients on preventive health, nutrition, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals when additional services are needed.
- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other members of the care team to support coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes.
QualificationsQualifications:- Board certification in Family Medicine required.
- Valid and unrestricted New Jersey medical license.
- Two or more years of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population while supporting quality and population health initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with electronic medical records; Athena experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively use clinical data to support patient care and outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- May require light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for supplies or office materials.

Compensation and Benefits:The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $210,000-$280,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
