Required Qualifications:- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted SC licensure
- Federal and state-controlled substance registration
Position Highlights:- Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
