Full Job Description
About the Role

We're a small, fast-moving AI-native SaaS startup building a next-generation pricing platform that helps B2B companies continuously optimize their pricing strategies - from packaging and segmentation through deal execution. As our Pricing Architect, you'll own customer engagements end-to-end, working directly with operators and executives to design and deploy pricing models that drive measurable commercial value. You'll also serve as a critical voice shaping our AI-powered pricing engine and the future of our product.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the heart of our business - ideal for a sharp, execution-oriented pricing expert who thrives in ambiguity and wants to be close to both customers and product.
What You'll Do
  • Own pricing engagements end-to-end - from initial discovery through live pricing model deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead customer workshops, conduct market research, and run stakeholder alignment sessions independently.
  • Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting structures, and monetization logic tailored to each customer's context.
  • Drive post-go-live pricing optimization and continuous value capture as customers grow and evolve.
  • Act as a trusted pricing advisor to C-level and cross-functional stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Set expectations, align on value, measure impact, and identify and convert expansion opportunities into upsells.
  • Use our AI-powered pricing platform daily to solve real customer problems and provide specific, high-quality product feedback.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to sharpen AI recommendations and prioritize tooling improvements.
  • Support rollout and change management, including onboarding sales teams to improve execution quality.
  • Capture and document learnings to help build a scalable, repeatable Pricing Architect motion.
  • Participate in sales pitches and help identify and advance prospective customer deals.
What We're Looking For

Must-haves:
  • 5-7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management - ideally from Tier-1 strategy consulting and/or pricing/monetization roles in tech or SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and commercial value creation: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and willingness-to-pay methodologies.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end pricing engagements from discovery through a live pricing model, with ownership of multiple simultaneous engagements.
  • Hands-on, current use of GenAI/LLM tools in day-to-day pricing or analytical work.
  • Proficiency with data analysis using spreadsheets and SQL to support and validate pricing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional audiences.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others in pricing or related commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated comfort thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $180,000-$220,000 per year
  • Equity: Meaningful equity participation through an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
  • Benefits: Market-competitive benefits package
