This executive leadership role is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and revenue performance for a high-growth, AI-powered SaaS organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate vision into execution, and scale the business across enterprise markets. This position plays a critical role in aligning go-to-market strategy, product innovation, and operational execution to accelerate growth and enhance customer outcomes.

Their existing customers include some hospitals, but mostly medical centers and healthcare providers. They have ventured into other areas with the offering, but those are the primary targets and existing customers. The interest is to target more enterprise or mid-market organizations or any industry that has complex or high-volume customer engagements needs like healthcare related organizations, insurance adjacent businesses, BPOs or other service-driven companies.

Your role:

• Partner with the CEO and Board to define and execute long-term corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
• Own revenue performance, forecasting, and expansion across enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Lead and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive pipeline growth and retention.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operating plans with measurable KPIs.
• Optimize recurring revenue models, pricing strategy, and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Implement operational frameworks that reduce cost-to-serve and improve organizational productivity.
• Establish performance metrics and accountability systems across all departments.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic expansion channels.
• Serve as a senior representative with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

What you’ve got:

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience within SaaS, AI-driven technology, enterprise software, or digital platforms.
• Must-have experience in HealthTech space, working with hospitals and providers or something very closely adjacent
• Demonstrated success scaling high-growth technology organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility and revenue forecasting.
• Proven ability to drive go-to-market execution and accelerate revenue growth.
• Strategic mindset with strong operational discipline and execution focus.
• Data-driven decision-making approach with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
