Full Job Description
Location: London, ON Workplace type: Onsite This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability and maintenance excellence across the facility by implementing predictive maintenance strategies, improving asset performance, and reducing downtime. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader who helps build a world-class reliability program while partnering across teams to improve operational efficiency and plant performance. As a Predictive Maintenance & Reliability Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing reliability programs, optimizing maintenance systems and processes, analyzing equipment performance data, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime, reduce costs, and improve overall plant reliability. This role reports to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager. What you will do: • Lead and continuously improve predictive and preventive maintenance programs. • Analyze equipment reliability data and KPIs to increase uptime and reduce maintenance costs. • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures. • Optimize maintenance schedules, PM/PDM programs, and SAP-PM systems. • Support and guide the use of predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, ultrasound, and NDT. • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to enhance asset reliability and efficiency. • Manage reliability-related projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational goals. What you will bring: • Skilled Trade Certification or Technologist diploma in a related field with relevant industry experience. • Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability methodologies. • Knowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP-PM. • Experience with reliability certifications such as CMRP, CRE, MLT1, or CAT1, or equivalent practical experience. • Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification. Relocation Available: Yes, Within Country Pay Range: $88,800.00-$118,400.00 Annual This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any). Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
