Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a high-impact role in structuring trade-ins and leasing arrangements that directly enable new helicopter sales across the region. If you bring a strong background in aviation sales and operations, deep expertise in high-value deal negotiations, and a passion for shaping the future of rotorcraft asset management, this is your opportunity to lead strategic growth with a global aerospace pioneer.

Meet the Team:

As the world's number one helicopter manufacturer, our team members in the Sales department work closely with our customers to make sure they have the aircraft that best fit their needs - whether that be our civil range helicopters supporting first responders or the most challenging military missions.

Your working environment:

A suburb just outside the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area is home to Airbus Helicopters U.S. regional headquarters, where we have more than 1,000 employees. Check out one of the seven professional sports teams that also call Dallas home - you may even see a special, custom Airbus helicopter dedicated to the Dallas Cowboys flying during home games.

How we care for you:

  • Financial Rewards: Competitive base salary, incentive compensation which may include profit sharing schemes, retirement savings plan and the ability to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (7ESOP8)

  • Work/Life Balance: Paid time off including personal time, holidays and a generous paid parental leave program.

  • Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical (traditional and high-deductible health plans), prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (7EAP8) and other supplemental benefit coverages.

  • As a leader in our field, Airbus Helicopters, Inc. provides relocation assistance for qualified positions and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Your Challenges:

Trade-In Evaluation & Deal Structuring 50%

  • Cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships within the third-party reseller ecosystem, overseeing the selection process and optimizing the network size as required.

  • Maintain up-to-date weekly prospect summaries and active sales pipeline reporting.

  • Oversee used aircraft held in inventory, ensuring non-operational inventory is maintained and positioned for resale.

  • Assist key clients with the disposition of used aircraft, even when not directly linked to a new helicopter sale, to maintain strong strategic relationships.

Technical Coordination, Cost Tracking & Governance 20%

  • Oversee and coordinate all required aircraft maintenance, including maintenance tracking and readiness protocols.

  • Initiate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) procedures for work performed and execute strict cost tracking on all aircraft preparation and maintenance.

  • Deliver standardized reports and updates to the central Airbus Helicopters Asset Management team to maintain seamless cross-functional communication.

  • Actively build and mentor a strong bench of talent within the Asset Management division.

Transaction Execution & Due Diligence 10%

  • Manage used aircraft trade-ins through every phase of the transaction: initial evaluation, due diligence, advertising, marketing, and final transaction closing.
