Regional Sales Manager to help grow our Sales Team. This remote role is region based. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing loan volume in their assigned territory by cultivating relationships with new and existing accounts, conducting presentations, utilizing tools to market and capture business, and increasing brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop new and existing relationships to maximize business opportunities
- Identify underserved markets, dealer groups, and expansion opportunities
- Develop action plans to convert prospects into active producing accounts
- Identify opportunities to increase production within existing accounts
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding market changes and dealer needs
- Educate clients on loan products and service differentiators
- Effectively evaluate business opportunities
- Conduct group presentations and hold one-on-one meetings
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding budget
- Self-motivated and driven

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management
- B2B sales experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
