Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 (hourly rate + commission/bonus included) Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed) Location: Heritage Funeral Homes in North Carolina Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a Funeral Director license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be licensed or willing to quickly obtain an insurance license• as required by state regulations.
- Valid good standing driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently strong preferred but not required
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Meet with families to present pre-need funeral and cremation options.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with families.
- Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
- Develop community connections through networking, events, and outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Participate in training and ongoing development.
- Track activity utilizing company CRM and report results to leadership.
- Complete contracts, paperwork, and payments accurately and on time.
