SALARY:The hourly rate for this role is $48.23 per hour.

  • +$2.00 rate premium for a second applicable ticket

  • This is a unionized position with progressive yearly increasesas per asper CBA:Year 2027 6 $50.05 per hour, Year 2028 6 $51.87 per hour, Year 2029 6 $53.37 per hour.

VACANCY TYPE:Thispostingreflects a vacant position.

SHIFT:Rotating shift, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per shift:

  • 7:00am 6 3:00pm

  • 3:00pm 6 11:00pm

  • 11:00pm 6 7:00am

Shift premiums afternoon shift $0.90 per hour and night shift $1.15 per hour.

Overtime Eligibility:This position is eligible for overtime payin accordance withapplicablelabourlaws and pursuantwithcollective agreement. Overtime is paid at the legally required rate and may vary based on hours worked beyond the standard schedule.

  • Respect of plant policy (Safety, Environment, Hazard Analysis, critical control points, other duties asrequired

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • A Valid 3rd classEngineering certificate a minimum

  • 3years' experiencein an industrial setting - manufacturing experience preferred

  • Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment

  • Good understanding of PLC troubleshooting and programming

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable with a face-paced environment

  • Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision

  • Excellent sense of urgency, workethicand attendance record

  • High energy and initiative with strong interpersonal skills
